For estimators and whoever runs the bids. Every tender you're watching, bidding or have bid: where it came from, the dates, the bid or no-bid decision and why, the result and the lessons. See the pipeline and the win rate, put the deadlines in your calendar, and start a project from a tender you win.
A tracker you keep yourself. Runs on your device. It doesn't connect to GETS or any other tender site or system: you type each opportunity in, with its reference as you have it. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored, and there are no cookies. This is a free tracker, not our tender service, which starts in 2027. See what's planned. Lost one? Ask for your debrief.
The tenders
Coming up
Questions close, site visits and tender closes for open tenders you're bidding or still deciding, each with a reminder 2 working days before. The CSV pastes into the free tender tracker (Excel) at cell A5.
Won it? Start the project
Add the priced items from your tender, one per line: description, unit, quantity, rate. When a tender is won, they become the project's contract items, with item IDs, in a new project file for the progress sheet and every other tool.
How the figures are worked out (checked 1 Nov 2026)
Pipeline: the total of our price on every tender that's watching, being prepared or submitted, leaving out the ones marked no bid.
Win rate: tenders won ÷ (won + lost). Tenders withdrawn or not awarded aren't counted either way.
Any reference you type, from GETS or anywhere else, is yours: the tracker doesn't look anything up or check it.
