Build your project

Pick the roles on your project and the tools they need. Every tool is free to use as it is, today. For the online team version that's coming, with the whole team, invoicing and payment tracking, the picker shows the monthly plan that covers it: early access, ordered by email. Take away a starter project file and a workbook with only the sheets you'll use.

On your device. Nothing is sent, nothing is locked.The picker runs in your browser: no account, no card, no cookies. The plan request is an email you send yourself, if you want a plan. Early access: order now and we'll set up your project when the online team version opens. Order by email to hello@blackcreek.co.nz. There's no charge until your project is set up. Plans are billed monthly in advance: the invoice is dated the 1st and due on the 20th of the same month. Your monthly price is held for 12 months from your start date. Any rise after that comes with 30 days' notice. Cancel at the end of any month.

Email an early access request

The order button opens an email in your own email program, to hello@blackcreek.co.nz, with the plan, its price and the tools filled in. You add your details and send it, or don't.

What's free and what's in the plans

Free means the whole tool in your browser, with nothing held back. Subcontractor plan: $49 a month, per business. Project plan: from $99 a month per project, by contract value, and subcontractors invited to the project join free for that project. Both plus GST if applicable. Early access: order now and we'll set up your project when the online team version opens. Order by email to hello@blackcreek.co.nz. There's no charge until your project is set up. There are no accounts or locks on this site; the free tools need no sign-up.

About these prices (checked 1 Nov 2026)

  • The plan prices are in New Zealand dollars, plus GST if applicable. The plans are early access: the online team version isn't open yet. We set up your project when it opens, and there's no charge until your project is set up. Plans are billed monthly in advance: the invoice is dated the 1st and due on the 20th of the same month.   • The one-off checks ($195, $295, $195) are available now: One-off checks are invoiced after delivery and due on the 20th of the month after the invoice date. When your own clients pay you doesn't change our due date.
  • Nothing on this page is sent anywhere. The order email is written by your own email program, and goes only if you send it.
