Tender responses: planned for 2027

We plan to help small New Zealand businesses answer government and council tenders from their own record, with every claim traced back to something they can prove. It isn't available yet, and there's nothing to order.

What you can use today.The free tender tracker keeps your pipeline, win rate and deadlines, and starts a project from a tender you win. It isn't the tender service, and it doesn't connect to GETS. Lost a tender? Ask the buyer why, also free.

How we plan it to work

These are plans, and they may change before it opens.

  1. Build your record once

    Past contracts and referees, people and their tickets, plant, insurance, health and safety, and policies. You keep it, and it's there for your next bid.

  2. Should we bid?

    Upload the tender. See its pre-conditions and criteria against your record, and what's missing, before you spend time on it.

  3. Answers in the buyer's own form

    Answers go into the buyer's response form with its headings unchanged, using only what your record shows.

  4. Every claim traced

    Each statement shows where it came from, and anything you can't back up is flagged before you sign. A false claim can get a bid thrown out.

  5. You price, sign and submit

    The price is your own, and so is the declaration. It goes in under your name.
